Festive Friday £50 Christmas Giveaway (2025)**

• The title of the prize draw is “Kilkeel Credit Union Festive Friday £50 Christmas Giveaway”.

• The prize draw will run from 28.11.2025 to 19.12.2025 inclusive.
(This includes the promotional period leading up to all four draws.)

• Four weekly prize draws will take place on:

• Friday 28th November 2025
• Friday 5th December 2025
• Friday 12th December 2025
• Friday 19th December 2025

• Entry to the prize draw is free and no purchase is necessary.

• One winner will be drawn at random each week from all eligible entries (“Valid Entry”).

• Each draw will be carried out by entering all subscribers of our mailing list into a spreadsheet and selecting one winner at random using a random number generator.

• The Organiser is Kilkeel Credit Union.

• The main form of entry is through joining our mailing list, which the public can do via the link provided in our promotional materials or through our website (www.kilkeelcreditunion.com).

• If you do not meet the online entry criteria, you may enter by sending your name, address, contact telephone number, and email address to:

Entries must arrive no later than 11am on the day of each weekly draw.

• If you do not wish to be entered into the prize draw, you may write to the same address, clearly stating this, no later than 11am on any draw date.

• Only one Valid Entry per person is allowed.
We will verify entries to ensure conditions have been met.

• Kilkeel Credit Union is committed to protecting your personal data.
Please refer to our Prize Draws and Competitions Privacy Notice, available on our website or on request.

• The prize for each weekly draw is:
1 × £50 cash payment.

• The prize is non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash alternatives.

• Winners will be notified via email and announced on our Facebook page.

• Any additional expenses incurred by the winner are their own responsibility.

• If a prize is declined or unclaimed within 5 working days of notification, it may no longer be available, and Kilkeel Credit Union accepts no liability.
A forfeited prize does not entitle the winner to compensation.

• Kilkeel Credit Union accepts no responsibility if a winner is unable to take up the prize.

• The winner may be asked (but is not required) to participate in publicity, such as photographs or social-media posts, without payment.

• By accepting the prize, you agree that limited information (e.g., first name and initial) may be published on Kilkeel Credit Union platforms for winner announcements.

• Insofar as legally permitted, Kilkeel Credit Union will not be liable for loss, damage, personal injury, or death arising from participation, except where caused by our negligence.
This does not affect statutory rights.

• Personal data will only be used for administering the prize draw, unless you have opted in for further communication. Data will be securely destroyed afterwards.

• The prize draw is open to board members, supervisors, volunteers, staff, and their families of Kilkeel Credit Union.

• Kilkeel Credit Union reserves the right to exclude any participant if there is reason to believe these terms have been breached.

• Kilkeel Credit Union reserves the right to modify or cancel the prize draw at any time due to circumstances beyond its control, including suspected or actual fraud.

• The decision of Kilkeel Credit Union is final and binding.
No correspondence will be entered into.

• The prize draw will be governed by the laws of Northern Ireland.
