Entries must be received by 11am, Tuesday 10th February 2026. - Opt-Out: If you do not wish to be entered into the prize draw, you can write to us at the above address by 11am, Tuesday 10th February 2026, providing your name, address, contact telephone number, and email address. Please state clearly that you do not wish to be entered.
- Valid Entry: Only one valid entry per person is allowed. All entries will be recorded, verified, and checked twice to ensure compliance with these conditions.
- Privacy: Kilkeel Credit Union is committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal data. For further information, please refer to our Prize Draws and Competitions Privacy Notice, available on our website or upon request.
- Prize:
- 2 × £75 vouchers for a meal at the Whistledown Hotel, Warrenpoint.
- The prize is as described, non-transferable, and not exchangeable for cash.
- Winner Notification: Winners will be announced on Tuesday, 10th February 2026 via our Facebook page and by email.
- Expenses: Any additional expenses incurred by the winners are their own responsibility.
- Unclaimed Prizes: If a prize is declined or unclaimed within 5 working days of notification, it may no longer be available to that person without liability to Kilkeel Credit Union. A forfeited prize does not entitle the winner to payment or compensation.
- Responsibility: Kilkeel Credit Union does not accept responsibility if a winner is unable to take up the prize.
- Publicity: Winners may be requested to participate in publicity (at no fee) for broadcast or publishing purposes, but have the right to refuse. By accepting the prize, winners agree to make certain information publicly available on the Kilkeel Credit Union website and in other marketing material as deemed necessary.
- Liability: Insofar as permitted by law, Kilkeel Credit Union will not be responsible or liable to compensate winners or accept liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize, except where caused by negligence of Kilkeel Credit Union. Statutory rights are not affected.
- Data Use: Unless you have specifically requested to receive further information from Kilkeel Credit Union, your personal details will only be used for administering this prize draw and will be destroyed afterwards.
- Eligibility: The prize draw is open to members of the public. Board members, supervisors, volunteers, staff, and their families of Kilkeel Credit Union are excluded.
- Exclusions: If there is reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, Kilkeel Credit Union may, at its sole discretion, exclude you from participating.
- Changes: Kilkeel Credit Union reserves the right to modify or discontinue this prize draw at any time due to reasons outside its control (including suspected or actual fraud).
- Final Decision: The decision of Kilkeel Credit Union in all matters under its control is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
